EUTROPIA COACHING

In September 2012, J3ZZ participated as an improvisation coach in a workshop session of EUTROPIA, a major international European performing arts project funded by the EU Culture Programme (2011–2013). The Lille session, hosted by Association RiF, brought together 14 young adult artists across media, dance, and music disciplines.

The coaching focused on interdisciplinary improvisation, personal development, and sharing professional experience as a performer — guiding participants toward their own artistic expression and collaborative practice.

EUTROPIA was a multi-city project involving approximately 250 young artists from 9 European countries. Coordinated by jfc Medienzentrum (Cologne), it partnered with major cultural organisations including Associazione Fabbrica Europa (Florence), ROOTS & ROUTES (Netherlands), Sziget (Hungary), Performers House (Denmark), S.Mou.Th. (Greece), and others. The project was conceived as a “performance-in-progress” based on the Tower of Babel legend, re-invented and expanded at each location — key venues included Cologne, Florence, Budapest, and Utrecht (final performance April 2013).

J3ZZ’s involvement as a performer and coach in EUTROPIA spans 2011–2013 across those cities.
