Outbreakers’ Lab is an annual international mentoring camp designed to raise awareness of an artist’s potential and transfer professional knowledge about the music industry. The 2020 edition took place August 23–25 in Zsennye, Hungary, organised by HOTS (Hungarian Oncoming Tunes) with support from the NKA Hangfoglaló Könnyűzenei Támogató Program.
The three-day residency brought together selected artists with European music industry mentors for individual sessions, workshops, and group discussions covering artistic development, showcase preparation, international career strategy, marketing, and mental health practices.
